Explain the scope, structure, and key requirements of ASME Section III, Division 1 for nuclear facility components.
Describe the application of the supporting ASME BPVC Sections (II, V, IX, XI, and XIII) during the construction of components.
Apply ASME Code Cases, Interpretations, and project-specific requirements to complex engineering activities.
Develop and assess Design Specifications in accordance with the regulatory requirements of ASME Section III, Division 1.
Evaluate technical documentation for compliance with applicable ASME Code requirements and identify areas for process improvement.
Understand the classification and safety importance (Class 1, 2, 3, MC, CS, NS) and Quality Assurance requirements (NQA-1) for nuclear systems.
